研究方向:

基于国际先进的“有害结局通路”和“来源结局通路”,从生态系统、栖息地、中华白海豚种群、个体、细胞和基因层面,对中华白海豚等海洋生物的环境威胁和响应机制进行研究(包括鲸豚类水生生活的分子适应和演化机制)。

研究的内容包括:

1)水产养殖和渔业可持续发展中的塑料污染问题;

2)人类活动干扰下海洋生态环境和海洋生物的时空演变;

3)北部湾海域指示生物中华白海豚种群基线信息的调研、整理和分析;

4)濒危海洋珍稀物种的离体(in vitro)保护和毒理学研究;

4)海洋生物海洋环境的分子适应机制研究;

5)大数据挖掘和人工智能算法在海洋环境、生态和生物学上的应用。

合作需求:

海洋物理、海洋遥感、环境毒理学、生物地球化学循环、生物信息学、细胞生物学和机器学习等专家学者。

研究生招收方向:

渔业发展、海洋科学(欢迎跨专业学生---国家调剂政策内)。
