近期,广西北部湾海洋灾害研究重点实验室鲁栋梁副教授及团队成员,关于大风江不同形态氮对三娘湾海域的水质贡献研究,所获得的成果论文题目为《Compositions andspatio-temporal distributions of different nitrogen species and lability ofdissolved organic nitrogen from the Dafengjiang River to the Sanniang Bay,China》发表在国际知名期刊《Marine Pollution Bulletin》(IF=3.782)。
大风江作为广西沿岸主要入海河流之一,但关于大风江不同形态氮组成、含量、时空分布特征及有机氮(DON)的生物可利用性研究鲜有报道。本论文通过不同季节现场调查和连续现场培养试验相结合的方法,揭示了大风江不同形态氮的组成、含量及时空分布特征,耦合不同季节DON和PN的生物稳定性,借助于端元模型,量化了大风江不同形态氮对三娘湾海域的水质贡献,结果发现大风江DIN,PN和DON对三娘湾的水质贡献分别为55.95%, 7.03%,和5.63%。

Field investigations and incubation experimentwere carried out in the Dafengjiang River (DFJR) and SanniangBay (SNB) surface water from September 2017 toJuly 2018 to study the composition and spatio-temporaldistributions of different nitrogen (N) species, lability of dissolvedorganic N (DON), and contributions of differentN species from the DFJR to the dissolved inorganic N (DIN) level in theSNB. The spatio-temporal distributionsofdifferent N species exhibited significant seasonal variation (p < 0.05). The average contribution ofDIN, DON, and particulate nitrogen (PN) to TNwas 31.91%, 46.57%, and 21.52%, respectively. Comparativelybeing the dominant form of N in the study area,the average lability of DON across the incubation sites D1, D5and D7 ranged from 72%–79%. DIN, DON, and PNfrom the DFJR respectively contributed to 55.95%, 7.03%,and 5.63% of water quality in the SNB.
