近日，我重点实验室学术带头人王京真教授，应Nature数据期刊Scientific Data邀请，担任该刊编委（Editorial Board）。编辑邀请的部分引文入下“I am writing to invite you to serve as an Editorial Board Member for Scientific Data, a journal dedicated to open research data sharing from the publishers of Nature. --- As a key opinion leader in your field, I am reaching out because I hope this position is of interest to you. As an Editorial Board Member, you would ensure that descriptions and articles relating to scientifically-valid data in your field finds a home in Scientific Data, guide your peers through the editorial process for data publishing, and enhance your reputation in your research community---”。

        Scientific Data作为Nature系列的旗舰数据期刊，于2014年12月创建，是世界上最早的科学数据期刊之一，为自然科学、医学、工程和社会科学领域提供数据发表的服务，享有很高学术声誉，在开放科学和数据科学领域影响力巨大。在2023年共有640余万次的下载，Web of Science最新数据显示5年影响因子10.8，JCR分区位于Q1。

        Scientific Data编委多由来自哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、剑桥大学、清华大学、北京大学、复旦大学、中山大学以及香港大学等国内外知名高校的资深学者组成，主要负责管理同行评审流程，决定论文是否发表，从而确保发表记录的有效性，维护期刊的编辑标准和精神。王京真教授本次应邀担任编委，体现了我重点实验室在相应领域的国际影响力。
